Statements made on this platform have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other regulatory authority. Products and information provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Users agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, state, federal, and international laws and regulations governing the handling, storage, and use of research materials.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KÖLD platform:

• Using KÖLD product information, educational materials, or communications to support or encourage human or animal use.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

5. Termination of Access

KÖLD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without prior notice, if it determines that a user has violated these terms, engaged in misuse of research materials, or failed to uphold ethical research practices.

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. KÖLD complies with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws.

7. Certificates of Analysis and Product Data

KÖLD provides Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and third-party testing data where available. KÖLD makes no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or ongoing availability of any such documentation. All compounds are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

8. Disclaimers

KÖLD does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any research compound will produce any specific outcome, result, or effect in any research context. Product descriptions and educational content on this platform are provided for informational and research reference purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KÖLD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, inability to use, or misuse of any research product, data, or service provided through its platform.

10. Indemnification

By registering, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless KÖLD, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from misuse of research compounds, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Users may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in any such communication.

Important Notice

All compounds supplied in lyophilized (powder) form require reconstitution with a suitable research-grade diluent prior to use. Supporting materials such as syringes or reconstitution supplies are not included with any order. No dosing, administration, or handling instructions for human or animal use are provided.
