To order from KÖLD, you must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Reside in the United States
- Agree to all Terms & Conditions at checkout
All products are strictly for research use only. No exceptions.
KÖLD compounds are research materials only. They are not drugs, supplements, or therapies, and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or animal use.
KÖLD products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic intervention, diagnostic purposes, or clinical application of any kind.
By purchasing from KÖLD, you agree to:
- Use all compounds for lawful research purposes only
- Follow applicable laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements
- Accept that any misuse voids your eligibility for resolution, replacement, or support
Improper handling or use may carry health, legal, or financial consequences. You accept full responsibility for any outcomes arising from misuse or non-compliant application.
You are solely responsible for:
- Knowing and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal research-use regulations
- Proper handling, storage, and disposal of research compounds
- Preventing unintended use, unauthorized exposure, or resale of any kind
KÖLD is not liable for:
- Outcomes resulting from improper research protocols
- Misuse or off-label experimentation
- Injuries, damages, or losses related to product misuse or unauthorized use
Resale of KÖLD compounds to end consumers or for personal use purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
By completing your order, you confirm that:
- You are 21+
- You have read and agreed to all Terms
- You confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional acquiring this product solely for lawful research purposes
- You possess the appropriate facilities, equipment, and technical expertise required to safely handle and work with this material in laboratory or in-vitro research settings
- You understand the research-only use case
Your agreement is recorded electronically and timestamped at checkout. These terms apply to all future purchases unless updated.
Order Processing
Paid orders are processed and prepared for shipment within two business days of payment confirmation, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once processing is complete, the order is released to the carrier and tracking information is sent via email.
During promotional periods or high-volume order windows, processing times may be extended. KÖLD will communicate estimated delays where possible.
Changes & Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel or modify it upon request. Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made.
KÖLD reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion if misuse, non-compliance, or suspicious activity is identified.
Some products offered on kold.us may be available for pre-order or back-order when inventory is temporarily unavailable.
Product pages will clearly indicate when an item is out of stock and eligible for pre-order, along with an estimated restock date. Restock dates are provided in good faith based on current supply projections and are subject to change without notice.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Pre-order items are not shipped immediately and will be fulfilled only after inventory is replenished
• Estimated restock dates are not guaranteed and may shift due to manufacturing, quality control, or supply chain factors
• Payment is collected at the time the order is placed, not at the time of shipment
• Pre-orders are considered final sale once placed, subject to the same cancellation and refund limitations outlined in these Terms
If a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable for an extended period or is discontinued prior to fulfillment, KÖLD may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. No action will be taken without customer confirmation.
Once a pre-order item enters fulfillment and is released for shipment, it is treated as a standard order and subject to all shipping, cancellation, and replacement policies outlined herein.
We currently ship within the United States only, using FedEx.
We do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
- U.S. territories
- Freight forwarding or redirect services (e.g., Stackry, MyUS)
All shipments include:
- Full tracking, sent via email and available in your KÖLD account dashboard
Carrier Disclaimer
KÖLD is not liable for delivery delays, missed scans, reroutes, or loss due to carrier error. Once an order has been released to the carrier, KÖLD’s fulfillment obligation is considered complete.
Peak & Weather Delays
During holidays, severe weather, or peak shipping periods, fulfillment or transit may be delayed. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our compounds, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
We will replace your product only if:
- It arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a verified defect
To qualify, you must:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear, original photos of the packaging and product
Cosmetic box damage does not qualify for replacement. Damage must affect the product’s usability or condition.
If approved:
- You will receive the same item as a replacement
- No substitutions, product swaps, or refunds will be issued
- In rare cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion
Inventory changes fast. KÖLD reserves the right to:
- Limit product quantities
- Discontinue items
- Modify formulas
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer a replacement or refund with your consent only. This may include pre-order or back-order scenarios as outlined in Section 6.
Every batch is:
- Synthesized in certified U.S. labs
- Lab-tested for identity, purity, and sterility
- Backed by a Certificate of Analysis (COA)
COAs are hosted on our COA page. If not posted, you may request one. We may also link to compliant third-party research sources. These are for reference only.
KÖLD provides science-first educational content.
None of it should be interpreted as medical advice.
This includes:

- Product explanations
- Research summaries
- The KÖLD Index (glossary)
We do not give dosage, injection, or medical guidance. Educational content is not a substitute for expert research training.
Some products are available via Subscribe & Save.
Subscriptions:
- Renew automatically on your chosen schedule
- Can be canceled anytime via your customer dashboard
Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours before the next charge.
Canceling does not trigger a refund for already-processed orders.
All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. KÖLD does not store payment data. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by order type.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). KÖLD is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your financial institution.
Payment Processing
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been successfully confirmed. KÖLD is not responsible for delays caused by holds, flags, or restrictions applied by your bank or card issuer.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or an invoice remains unpaid, your order will not be processed. Please ensure your billing information is accurate before submitting. KÖLD is not liable for any fees incurred as a result of a declined transaction.
Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact KÖLD at hello@kold.us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks — filed without prior contact — may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and recovery of any associated dispute fees. KÖLD reserves the right to contest all chargebacks and provide transaction records to the relevant payment processor.
Processing Fees
Certain payment methods may be subject to a processing fee, which will be disclosed prior to completing your order.
Before opening a chargeback or dispute, contact our Support team. We resolve issues quickly and fairly.
If a chargeback is filed without prior communication:
- Your account may be permanently banned
- Your order will be marked as ineligible for refund or resolution
- We may report the case to payment processors and fraud monitoring systems
All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. However, if you are a consumer residing outside the United States, you may also be entitled to certain protections under the laws of your own country.
You may not:
- Resell any retail purchased KÖLD products
- Repackage, relabel, or redistribute it
- Represent yourself as an authorized vendor
Violations will result in permanent bans and may lead to legal enforcement.
KÖLD compounds are manufactured and sold exclusively for in vitro and laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical application, or self-administration under any circumstances.
By purchasing from KÖLD, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:
- All handling, storage, and use of compounds is conducted at your sole risk
- KÖLD bears no liability for injury, adverse outcome, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or use outside of controlled research conditions
- Compounds are not evaluated or approved by the FDA for therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventative use
- Any use outside of legitimate research protocols is undertaken without KÖLD’s knowledge, authorization, or endorsement
KÖLD makes no representations regarding the safety or suitability of its compounds for any purpose other than research. This limitation applies regardless of how the product was described, marketed, or understood by the purchaser.
KÖLD may request documentation from customers to confirm:
- Research legitimacy
- Lawful use
- Institutional affiliation
We reserve the right to cancel orders or accounts if compliance cannot be verified.
KÖLD is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Supply chain interruptions
- Carrier delays
- Regulatory action
- Natural disasters
- Global health emergencies
All purchases, agreements, and customer actions are digitally logged.
This includes:
- Checkout agreements
- Product selections
- Customer support communication
These records may be used in the event of a dispute or investigation.

KÖLD ships to residential and commercial addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes

- U.S. territories

Disclaimer:
If you use a package redirection service or PO box proxy, you assume all delivery risk. KÖLD is not liable for lost, untracked, or unconfirmed deliveries to such addresses.

Seasonal Delays:
During holidays or weather disruptions, processing or delivery may be delayed. We recommend ordering early during peak times.
- All shipments receive a tracking number (emailed + visible in your dashboard)
- All shipments include carrier liability coverage up to the declared value. Ground shipments do not require a signature unless specifically requested at checkout or mandated by order value (see Section 5).
Carrier Responsibility:
Once your package leaves our facility, risk of loss transfers to you.
KÖLD is not liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Missed scans
- Delivery reroutes
- Weather-related disruptions
We fulfill on time. After that, it’s on the carrier.
Signature Requirements:
- Orders under $500: Signature is optional. You may choose “no signature required” at checkout.
- Orders $500 and over: Signature is mandatory and cannot be waived.
If you waive signature on eligible orders:
You accept full responsibility for the package once the carrier marks it “delivered.” KÖLD is not liable for theft, loss, or porch piracy after confirmed delivery.
If signature is required but not collected by the carrier:
- We will investigate with the carrier
- If delivery is confirmed to the correct address, no replacement will be issued
- If carrier fault or loss is confirmed, we will reship at no cost
If your order is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
- Contact KÖLD Support within 72 hours of delivery confirmation
- We will initiate a formal carrier investigation
Claims reported after 72 hours may not be eligible for investigation or replacement.
Investigation Timeline:
Most investigations take 3–5 business days.
Replacements are only issued after formal confirmation of loss or fault.
You are responsible for verifying your shipping address before completing your order. KÖLD is not responsible for failed or misdirected deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to sender, marked undeliverable, or refused at delivery, you will be responsible for all reshipment costs. KÖLD does not issue refunds for orders that fail delivery due to address error, signature refusal, or customer unavailability.
If you:
- Refuse delivery
- Fail to pick up a held shipment
Your order is considered forfeited.
No refunds or replacements will be issued. Returned packages may be reshipped at your expense.
Products are prepared and packaged for stability during standard shipping conditions.
If your package experiences temperature damage:
- The product must show visible signs of freeze damage (ice crystals, solidification, or separation)
- The package must have been in transit for more than 14 days, and
- You must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos
Replacement eligibility:
We will review carrier tracking for transit delays. If confirmed, and the carrier acknowledges fault or extended delay, we may issue a replacement.
30-Day Transit Threshold:
KÖLD is not liable for temperature-related product degradation after 30 days in transit, regardless of cause.
By ordering, you acknowledge:
While our compounds are formulated for stability, extreme weather or carrier delays may impact product integrity beyond our control.
KÖLD does not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refund requests
All sales are final to protect compound integrity and regulatory compliance.
In rare situations, discretionary store credit may be issued but this is not advertised, guaranteed, or expected. This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing herein limits rights you may have under consumer protection statutes.
We will replace your order only if:
- The wrong product was shipped
- A verified defect is present
- The product was damaged in transit
Definition of Damage:
Cosmetic damage to packaging does not qualify.
Damage must compromise the product’s usability or condition.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Report the issue within 72 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear, original photos of the product and packaging
Photo Standards:
Images must be original, unedited, and clearly show the issue.
Generic, blurred, or stock images will be denied.
If we choose to accept a return, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied.
This covers inspection, handling, and compliance-based disposal.
Return approvals are handled case by case.
If a subscription item is temporarily out of stock:
- Billing is paused automatically
- The subscription resumes once inventory returns
Missed subscription deliveries follow our standard lost-package policy.
You may cancel an order before it ships.
Once an order is in transit:
- It cannot be canceled or rerouted
- If a change is needed, you must work with the carrier directly
KÖLD is not responsible for redirect fees or delays caused by mid-transit address changes.
Zero-Tolerance Policy on Chargebacks:
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting KÖLD Support:
- Your account will be permanently banned
- We will submit order records, tracking data, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor
- Future orders from the same billing or shipping address may be declined
Order Monitoring:
All orders are monitored using IP logging, account history, and device fingerprinting to detect fraudulent activity.
We are here to resolve issues — but misuse of payment disputes will result in permanent account closure.
We reserve the right to:
- Audit any account with repeated refund requests
- Deny service to customers showing abuse patterns
- Flag accounts for suspicious shipping-related behavior

KÖLD Subscription Policy

This policy outlines how KÖLD subscriptions work and what you can expect when signing up for recurring orders through kold.us.
Only select peptide compounds are eligible for subscription.
Subscriptions are not available for:
- Accessories or gear
- Apparel
- Limited-release or promotional products
Eligible products will clearly show a subscription option on their product page.
Subscriptions renew monthly on the same calendar day as your original sign-up date.
Your subscription will continue unless paused or canceled by you.
We do not currently offer alternative frequencies (e.g., weekly or quarterly).
Subscribers may receive:
- Discounted pricing
- Early access to restocks
- The ability to pause shipments
- Use of approved discount codes at sign-up (where allowed)
Subscriptions are designed for consistency, convenience, and access.
Subscriptions can be managed at any time via your KÖLD dashboard.
You can:
- Pause a subscription
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your shipping address or billing method
You cannot:
- Skip individual shipments (pause instead)
- Adjust the delivery frequency (monthly only)
Subscription Visibility:
Your subscription schedule, billing history, and next charge date are always visible in your dashboard.
It is your responsibility to keep your billing and contact info up to date.
Reminder Timing:
You will receive a reminder email at least 5 days before your next billing date so you can pause, cancel, or update your subscription if needed.
You will be charged on the same calendar day each month.
Orders ship on the next available business day after your payment processes.
Address Change Cutoff:
If you need to update your address, do so at least 72 hours before your billing date to ensure it applies to your next shipment.
Data Use Agreement:
By subscribing, you authorize KÖLD to securely store your billing and contact info for recurring payments, fulfillment, and customer communication as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Digital Consent Logging:
Your agreement to recurring billing is recorded and time-stamped at checkout. All receipts are logged for compliance and dispute protection.
If your subscription item is out of stock:
- Billing will be automatically paused
- You will not be charged
- We will notify you when inventory returns
- Your subscription will resume on the next available billing cycle
We do not substitute other compounds without your direct approval.
You may cancel your subscription anytime:
- Through your dashboard
- By emailing hello@kold.us
- Via the cancellation link in your reminder email
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours before your billing date.
If submitted after billing, that month’s shipment will still be processed.
No Retroactive Cancellations:
Canceling after a charge has been processed does not void that shipment.
Cancellation will apply to future billing only.
All subscription orders are subject to KÖLD’s standard return policy:
All sales are final, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Subscription orders cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged (reported within 72 hours)
- A verified defect is confirmed
No Partial Refunds:
Once billed, subscription orders are processed as final. We do not issue prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
If your payment method fails:
- We will retry the charge for up to 7 days
- If unsuccessful, your subscription will be automatically canceled
- You will receive an email notification
You may reactivate your subscription anytime by updating your payment method.
If you pause or cancel your subscription, you can restart it anytime.
Your previous billing and shipping details will remain stored unless you request full data deletion.
KÖLD may adjust subscription pricing from time to time.
If pricing changes affect your plan:
- You will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email
- You’ll have the option to cancel before your next billing cycle
- If no action is taken, the new price will apply and be considered accepted on your next billing date
Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery.
If you believe a shipment was misdelivered or stolen, contact KÖLD Support immediately.
We will assist, but confirmation of delivery by the carrier completes our shipping obligation.
All subscriptions are subject to the same compliance policies as all KÖLD orders.
All compounds are sold strictly for in vitro research use only.
A subscription does not imply intended or approved use outside a lab setting.
We may update this policy as our platform evolves.
All changes will be reflected here, and your continued subscription confirms agreement with the most recent version
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting KÖLD Support to resolve the issue:
- Your account may be permanently banned
- Future transactions or subscriptions may be blocked
- No further orders will be accepted under that account or card
We keep full records of billing, shipping, and support to resolve any disputes properly.
