Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, our support team will make it right. Your research integrity is our top priority.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Once your order ships, tracking details are sent automatically by email. Processing and shipping times may extend during periods of high order volume.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based lab facility, using trusted carriers like FedEx. We currently ship within the United States only.

How is product quality verified?

Every peptide batch is tested for purity, identity, and sterility by third-party labs. We provide COAs (Certificates of Analysis) for transparency. At KÖLD, we stand behind every molecule we offer.

Can I subscribe to recurring deliveries?

Are peptides legal in the U.S.?

Peptides are legal for research purposes only. They are not approved by the FDA for human use unless explicitly approved for specific conditions. KÖLD provides peptides strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use.

What is the difference between CJC-1295 and CJC-1295 with DAC?

CJC-1295 with DAC includes a drug affinity complex that extends half-life, allowing less frequent administration in research. CJC-1295 without DAC has a shorter half-life and is studied under different protocol parameters.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Yes. We provide third-party COAs verifying the purity, identity, and quality of every batch. You can find COAs on the Quality page or by contacting our support team.

Can you advise on peptide dosages or protocols?

No. KÖLD does not provide guidance on dosing, administration, or personal use.
